since my OPT EXT is expiring aug31st 2013..I guess that would be fine, even if I went in may and return back by the end of may...But here the case is, I should apply my H1 in normal processing..instead of premium..is that true?

elago chala time undhi kabbati....talk to an attorney and carry all the additional documents which he suggests..and also ur scholl DSO....u never know what that guy may ask at POE....

I've seen a guy with similar case opt extension inko 2 months vunde(27 months finished) valla anna pelliki velladu vache tappudu raanivvaledu they sent him back as he got only 2 months ani.

i suppose its better not to travel 3 months before opt period ends. it is risky. anni docs, paystubs vunna still ur luck plays a role. chaala klistha paristhithi needi.

1)situation favours everytime whether its POE or visa stamping..
2)there are people who entered in last month of opt extension...but they had sufficient time on f1 visa...

3)it can case by case....they may reject u for various reasons....
