1)Bcoz they don't carry the respect they ought to give to the contractors representing their company
2)their HR functioning is too cheap .....they dont mention about the contract dates and layoff when they are able to ship one of their candidate on l1 in india...donot stick to the terms when they hire initially....

3)now when ur talking abt faking a resume.....in the first place dont u know infosys itself is a body shopping who falsify the candidates resumes when they bid for projects...{yeah iam talking abt ur mysore campus}...and ur fake sap rsumes after u grad staright away...
and who else doesnt fake the resume in this world? yahoo ex ceo is not an exception.....
