Shahrukh Khan In Legal Trouble Again

Shahrukh Khan is in the news for not such a positive reason once again. A complaint has been lodged against him after Ravi Brahme, who watched a youtube video of Shahrukh fluttering the tri-colour up and down instead of waving it across. This is apparently an act considered dishonourable and the matter will be judged according to the Sections of Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971.
What's your take on this? You see in countries like USA, Canada, Britain, flags being waved across as well as, fluttered up and down (without any intention to show disrespect).
