neeku 6 years exp untey after bachelors, u can port to EB2 .. just an idea if you are not aware ...

i think online masters doesnt count for EB2....u must be enrolled as a FT student ...i may be wrong...experts can confirm.....

nope not required to be a FT but masters with accreditation university is only validated.
