carrying it around will be a pain in the wrong place, it needs a good casing or else the touch screen will get damaged.

Second

It doesn't have anything more than an Iphone has.

Third
If you believe the experts, this product is going to be a disaster of sorts but will be a revolution in tablet computing.

fourth
you can't do multitasking with this

fifth
there is no flash support, which means you can't see youtube on this.

and the list goes on....... but I don't want to dissapoint you, you can go ahead and buy it... cheers12w
