Aishwarya - Photoshop Or Not ?

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan faced the cameras for the first time post her pregnancy for an advertisement for a jewellery brand. As soon as the ad was released, reputed sites like [url="http://movies.ndtv.com/movie_story.aspx?Section=Movies&ID=ENTEN20120211745&subcatg=MOVIESINDIA&keyword=bollywood&nid=252267"] NTDV [/url] were quick enough to pose the question if there was photoshop involved in this ad to make Aishwarya look more toned than usual.
