yes, that's possible...b'se he is the only one who can pull the crowds and make them listen to, at least, his speaches. No other current Congress leaders have this capacity. Also Caste politics, equations, etc play #1 role in the elections.......from this point of view..Chiru might get either one........don't get surprised.
