Coal Scam Endhi Bhayya?

1.coal mines auction cheyyakunda directly permission iccharu for some private company (by taking lancham).
2.bcoz of this 1.4lk cr loss to govt ex-chequer.
3.but the companies not yet started production from these places.(they were building infrastructure for production all these days).
4. BJP claiming without PM's hand ...all these cannot happen....so asking PM to resign.
5.Mr chidambaram saying we will look into the matter........since production not yet started no losses incurred
