Urgent Help Stamping In India

Hello,

I have an family emergency and need to go to India, but since I have an h1b, I have to go for stamping too, my client has give me a letter stating that my contract ends in Oct 2012 (2 months) will that be a problem? He is not willing to take the date out of the letter, the other alternative he agreed is if I send an email to him requesting for Client Letter, he would reply stating he cant provide a client letter due to the policy. Will this email work at the Consulate? I have all the other required docs in place. Please advise

Take the email communication will work or else ask ur employer he can create one
