Be Careful With Desi Companies

Hi Friends,

Thought of sharing my worst experiences that happened this week ......

After finishing of first project(16 months) in OPT i got my 2nd project recently with cognizant. It was contract project for 1 year


The very first day i went to project cognizant manger asked me take full time with them i said no its not possible now

Then 2nd day also he asked take full time..... I said no i have contract with my employer for 6 more months so i will see after that

Then 3rd he is telling for few weeks you have to go to different city for cognizant project then we will let you know when to come back here

I said i cannot travel for few weeks here and there as i have burden with room rent and flight tickets

Then now they are telling ok wait we will let you know next steps ...

I am waiting for reply also planning to quit ..

Be careful with desi companies(cts, tcs, wipro, infosys, accenture, capegemini)

I did not join them ... it was contract but things changed after i went there

Best to do is when they offer full time say them i have contract with my employer for 6 more months ..if i break it he will sue me .. it happened to one of my friend anii cheppi escape that moment..... after 6 months jump jilani
