Advise Help Urgent

Hi Forum,

Last Sunday my car met with an accident , the other lady driver tried to merge into my lane without signals or checking the blind spot , it came suddenly and i hit the rear door , and airbags opened for the car. They said not to call the cops and agrees to pay 1/2 of my repairs and get their car fixed. but i called my insurance and informed them that they did not want to call the cops. But i called the cops, that officer came and gave me at ticket that im guilty, and now the other party says i ran into their lane and hired an attorney.

What will happen now. will they file a law suit or my insurance company fight for me.

In this particular case you are guilty.
I know its wiered but as long as you hit at the back ....the person driving at the back is guilty.
They might be found guilty but max 10% responsible. Try talking to the Police officer and insurance guys to explain the situation.

cop gallu partiality baga chupistaru..i know everyone will be in confusion after an accident...but guys take pics of the incident immediately...other partys easy ga plate peraistaru evidence lekunte....make good use of cam phones...

I hit only the rear door, the back bumper and trunk are spotless not even a scratch. She came into my lane half way thinking she already past me. I called the Cops and Insurance

If it is at the rear door, you can defend. You will have an edge.
Explain it to the insurance and relax.

have u taken any pictures of ur car n the car which u hit? if so, vallu case vesina u can show the pictures in court and 90% chances will be in favor. If u do not have any pictures taken i suppose 90% it is ur mistake. this is just my opinion. if u can strongly argue with ur insurance company definitely they will fight. All the best.

couple months back i met with an accident, i hit the car from beyond, na mundu bumper right side fatt, vaniki chinna scratch on left rear bumper, vaade cops vaddu ani annadu we will settle ani cheppi cops ki cheppi pampichadu.vaniki 100 chethilo petti velli repair cheyinchomanna. thnx ani cheppi vellipoyadu. theera na mundu bumper chustha a mechanic ni adigina (body repair) min $2500 annaru, then after 2 days i called insurance and said the above. they agreed n pair my car rapirs which was around $4500 including car rentals.
