Advertisements at the top(root level)- number 1 putoff for me, put them on side bar or may be u can accomodate them somewhere on the job description page once user clicks on the job, so the root page doesn't look like u r focussing more on advertisements..and keep layout simple and smart atleast on top level , don't try to put too much info on front page it looks messy.
Multiple menu's -may cause confusion
I think you shud put a line or 2 about stats like how many jobs u r posting on avg per day and possibly genuine feedbacks from people who have used ur site.

Annitikanna important 'Search' func missing, why ?

There are some +ves which people before me have mentioned so I am not gonna talk abt them

agree with you.. and choco boy left side kinda challa space undhi ala blank vadileyaku any time.. scrolling takuva undali e page ki aina...

ads side ki petaka poina..on the top antha space avsram ledhu reduce the pixel size of it.

actually I didn't touch the coding part.. only front end rich ga chesina. ya ads positions akkada baledhu will change the positions ASAP. code antha chaduvuthunna bit confusion em touch chesina motham database error ostundhi....

nenu rasukunna.....present unna code lo migrate cheddam anna error chupistundhi. anyhow will work out on it. Thanks once again

ippinchadam ante.... we just update the jobs info... i dono entha mandhi applied and got job. resume upload section start chestha, so that we will send profiles to companies directly.... appudu telustadhi
