Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today issued orders to all central and state govt ministers to submit their property details including their families. and the orders also say not to hold any shares of govt hold companies, not to invest money in govt partner ship industries, not to start any business tht requires govt help, and many more restrictions tht stop the ministers to participate in govt partnership businesses.....
