Urgent - Suggestion Needed , Lease Problem

Hi AFDB guys nenu vacchi chala rojulayyindi ee roju direct ga malli vestunna..

I'm a student, last month naaku kotta lease start ayyindi, for 1 yr. Nenu yeddi gadila maa frend (classmate) ni nammi lease details chadavakunda sign chesanu. aithe 2 weeks ga pratee 1 paisa kosam iddaru roommates top leputu godava padutunnaru, nenu room sublease icchi jump audamani anukunna, lucky ga bayta oka apartment cheap ki dorikindi, so craigslist lo naa room pettanu chala mandi foreign vallu, kontha mandi Indians mail chesaru. naadi living room so I'm not so confident that I can lease the room, aithe asalu problem ikkada vacchindi [b]- maa contract lo sublease not allowed. [/b]So 50% vacche chance unna vallu kooda sublease cheylekapothe raaru.

Maa management ni ela adagali, atleast I want to get permission from them so that I can confirm my subleasing. I thought of telling them that I got an Intern in another state. Question lo emaina teda vaste mottam roommates ki problem vastundi I dont want that. Suggest cheygalara ? ?

inka 11 months undi lease. lease break cheste 3 months rent kattali, aithe andulo nenu okkadine kattala mugguru kalisi kattala anedi emi ledu

direct leasing office ki velli... i am leaving on some intern purpose... the other two guys will continue the lease... i need a lease relieving letter as i need to take another lease in new location ani cheppu..... kadhu kudadhu ante... i will try to find another replacement who will join in my place ani adugu... breaking bokka em levu and vallaki evadithe enti lease lo vunte chalu so it will be all set

That is ok kani asalu problem other 2 guys kada, vallu 50 cents kosam raccha leputunnaru alantidi rent perugutundi ante oorkuntara penta penta chestaru
