i tried 3 banks SBI, HDFC, AXIS. all 3 banks are ask me credit report and history.

Andhra Bank.. try seyyi.. and SBH.. or go for some smaller bank if possible.. or Canara Bank kuuda customer friendly nee..

Nekem cc's unnayo cheppu .. andaru offer something or the other where u can subscribe for a month get ur credit history or a detailed report and unsubscribe .. ila free sources toh aithe I am not sure if they provide the whole detailed report of ur credit..
