Need Help --Us Onsite

Hello friends,

I stayed in Uk for almost 2 yrs and came back to India and Now working for a software firm in India.

My problem is i excluded my MS in the profile which i gave to my present company.

I am now all set to fly to US onsite

It's almost 2 yrs back i came from Uk and i have also got a new passport .

Will it be any problem now. Will my old visa gets revealed if i go for US stamping ??


Please help me with this dbians.

if its an US Visa.....it can be traced easily

and even if u get a new passport and if u have a UK visa on old passport...it can be revelaed...but the question is y r u scared?

1)deentlo rendu points first dhi mee Company legal dept vallu passport adigithe...why will they want to know abt ur uk visa?just tell them u applied but never went to uk.....
2)if a us consulate officer asks...tell him frankly abt ur stay in uk..dont lie...
and does ur new passport has uk visa stamp on it?

Boss UK visa vunna passport poindi ani kotta passport apply chesanu and i got it.
IPudu US visa ki vellali and company is sponsoring for that . will it be any problem?

ikkada andharu adigedhi adhe...from who ur thinking it will be a problem?

if its from consulate....and if they ask about ur stay in uk just answer them frankly....but there are rare chnaces of such questions in an employment based visa intv....and nee resume adigithe it might be a problem....
