Nuvu hire ainappati position batti, if you get a promotion in the same company and show 50% of job change appudu aaa same company experience vadukovochu ... So don't worry and check the posibilities of promotion with in ur company or positions. All the best

ds_anilb Posted August 28, 2012 Report Posted August 28, 2012 if u have masters in US u r eligible to eb2. i suppose even though u worked for 2 or 5 yrs with same company & apply eb2 exp doesn't count. bachelors + 5 yrs vundi same company lo promotions vasthe i would say u r eligible for eb2(littl doubt on this). so if u want to stay with current company for 4-5 yrs i would say apply within 3-4 months when u join the company
