Y F2 baaa...I thinks it has thinner chances in getting stamped...!!!

Rather than struggling to get an F2,Try getting an F1 ..Its so easy kadhaaa...!!!

i mean F1 visa has far more better chances to get stamped rather than F2 for sure...!!

My wife has attended F2-VISA interview on April 14 at Hyderabad consulate and got approved.
I am doing Ph.D over here.
I sent the following documents.
1) F2-I-20
2) Photo copy of F1-I-20
3) Letter from BOA and last three months
transactions
4) Stipend letter from School.
5) Transcript
6) Photo copy of my passport and VISA
7) Tax return forms
8) DS form confirmation letter
9) Appointment letter
Along with the above she also carried Marriage certificate, wedding album, property and financial documents.
She was asked by VO as following

VO : Hello!
Wife : Hi good morning sir, and gave her
passport and F2-I-20 and DS
confirmation letter
VO : when did you get your marriage?
wife : I got married on XXX date.
VO : what does your spouse do?
wife : He is doing his Ph.D in Materials
Science and Engg.
VO : do you have his transcript?
wife : Yes I do....and gave.
He was impressed by looking into transcript and smiled.
VO : how much he is earning?
wife : He is getting $ XXXXX per year
VO : Did you change your last name?
wife : Yes sir I adopted my husband's last
name.
That's it he didn't ask any other document and told congratulation, your visa got approved. You will receive in a week.
wife: Thank you very much sir.
