oct 1 nundi start avutundi na h1 .. nenu sept lo out of country ki stamping ki poi ..oka vela reject ayithe oct 1st lopu (i mean sept 20) munde opt meda enter avocha???

actual ga october 1st kanna mundu ithe ravachhu, kaani when h1 visa rejected he will cancel your all other status...suppose if h1 b is in pending and you need to submit some documents only through mail then you are allowed to enter into US. But if it rejected he will cancel all other status...

pay stubs for 3 months are enough because you would have worked for the same employer before he filed your H1 right so i don't think no of pay checks would be a problem...

last year maa friend h1 lo first pay check .. opt lo vunna paychecks anni teesukuni
velladu stamping ki ...... he got stamping in oct last week.. he has no second paycheck on h1..
