[/quote]Yes ..naaku thelisina iddaru ala chesi FT lo join ayyinru... naku thelsinantha varaku both EADs are pretty much same..they can work under any employer without sponsorship.. mana opt ead aipoye sariki obvious ga client location lo settle aipothav..ninnu vadulukoleka H1 chestaremo..
