is it necessary to run pay check on first OPT.....Anyway, it depends on the trust you have on your employer, if you can stay with him and also look other opportunities around that would be good. and don't let him know about it, otherwise if you are sure then go find a different consultancy and get placed..what will you do if they also let u wait
for sometime....think about it? All the best!!!
