Ec Or Evc

I am planning to attend my H1-B stamping at Canada. Got a question, if I get a client letter from my manager mentioning my employer directly and not including the Vendor (EC Model). Does that work? Or it doesn't matter if I specify EVC model directly and take both client letter and vendor letter? My LCA and I129 have just client details. So, let me know guys.
