Create a table

id , zip, other col


Take all those zips(downloaded from web ) in excel sheet and load it into the table ..

now u have 2 tables and common filed is ZIP_CODE

fetch the records which are unique gaani fetch the rec which or not there in tbl 2 etc...as per ur req

This should be pretty straight FWD ...if u have DBA in ur company just ask them to load the ZIPS to a table

first down load the zips from web

Place then in a flat file or excel sheet.

and give the tbl structure of the existing data

now i have source excel and sample excel on my system

and source zip excel which i downloaded from web is in READ ONLY format
