i can give a simple SQL

Select all the fields from both columns -->home-->Conditional Formatting-->Highlight cell rules-->duplicate values

try using above excel method given by coolbuddy

if not ...i will send u the SQL...so u want all the missing zips in tbl1 ? (which is in DB right)

what i understood is

They have table with Some addresses(may be marketing)
Now they r looking @ master table...where all the zips codes existing

He wants know what are all the zip_code that he is missing in his table when compared to master(which is from internet)
