if it is for one time then no need for PK etc..

If it is used from external applications then u need have PK , indexing..

First start with simple table..and load the data

I imported the give data into MS-Access...created a table...performed the below query...

SELECT ZIP.ZC, ZIP.ZS, ZIP.ZF,IIF(ZC='00210',ZIP.ZS,ZIP.ZF)
FROM ZIP;
and it works fine...

and then exported in access as table..

if not this will create the CSV file just edi the table contents as required
