VB or C# anything is same in coding, little bit diffrences. Neeku C language vasthe, C# prefer chey.

Ika starting ykkadachayalante, first start with framework architcture.

If you are comfortable with HTML and CSS, start with C# (VB comes in handy, so dont worry), next as you know SQL already learn ADO.NET, ASP.NET, webservices (follow this order)
