How Much Pay Can I Demand For 1Yr Experience In Mech Engineering

I have one yr experience as consultant in a company which wants to hire me as a full time employee. as per the conversations, projects involved in and noticing the company situation I am very sure that they would not want to let me go if I ask a descent pay. It is a medical devices company and I am in R&D. My Functional manager and supervisor both of them told me that they were going to hire a senior mechanical engineer for this position but they said they decided to keep as I have the potential to do this job. So fellas plz suggest me how much pay I can demand...

A senior mechanical engineer's pay usually would be more than 100K. FYI

nenu Electrica and Electronics engineering, first job offer lo 45K - 55K offer chesaru...1 year unte entry level kinda ki vastaavu kada...core fields lo starting salaries takkuva untayi. kani me odu senior level ki posting ista antunnadu kada so enni exp ki equivalent ga tesukuntunnado adugu , so dani batti salary calculate chesukoni aa salary range max quote cheyi and negotiable ani pettu.......ATB
