naaku 2 yrs expnse vundhi.... kani ma company vadu sr level Developer ki hire chesukunaadu... nanu Sal entha kavali ani adigithe.... as per company morms pay cheyandi annanu.... kadhu nee expectation enti ani adigadu...appudu cheppanu... Now i am getting ... 95k including benfits (abaddham anuko).... but i would like to get better than that much ani cheppanu.. vaadu 100k isthanu ani cheppadu.... So better aa position ki entha pay chesthunaado kanukko first. 75 K in Bay area lo ante kastam.. Ippudu adjust avvachemo gaani repu peelithe...asalu chalavu...BTW ATB.
