No need at least two to three pay stubs on H1.. You can try but you will not be successful..

My room mate last year had the same experience.. His H1 transfer is rejected. He is currently working on CPT from Sullivan..

No you can't transfer your already approved H1B petition since your status hasn't been changed from F! to H!B.

Before Oct'1 you need to file a new H!B petition, after Oct'1 you can transfer you H!B.

I had the same situation in June'2011. ATB

Wrong information ivvaddu ataniki.. before October he is still on F1. You can't transfer from F1 to H1. You can only transfer from h1 to h1.

Even after October 1st you need a couple of pay stubs..The thumb rule is you have to work at least 90 days from October 1st.. lekapote there is only a 50/50 chance...

non-profit organisation kinda untey... they can file a new H1B anytime now.

if that's not the case.. ask ur old employer to hold that H1B until 1st october and ask the new employer to file for a transfer immediately after 1st of october with all the strong proofs and details.
