Therefore, either withdrawing the case or ignoring the RFE could create problems for the employer. It may appear to the USCIS that the employer has something to hide or that the case that was filed was fraudulent from the beginning.

[/quote] naku 2011 lo rfe paddaka withdraw chesaru h1b and i reapplied with the same employer,same law firm and different client......i got approved without any query 2nd time .....it all depends on how u project the i129 document..

dotnetrockz Posted September 7, 2012 Report Posted September 7, 2012 @ thread starter....unless and until mee employer midha elanti allegations ,running cases lenantha varaku u can withdraw and reapply and it doesnt affect ur next h1b application.....just withdraw chesukunetappudu attorney oka addendum document chesthundhi saying this candidate is no longer working for the same client and he got a better oppurtunity or he has to represent his employer for an important contract they got ani.... note:idhi naku law offic elo adigithe chepparu....ila respond avuthamu withdrawal ki ani...
