Another company Emp B has acquired emp A and iam transferring my h1b to this company B.

My question is naa client and vendor letter lo salary,right to control lantivi evari peru midha undali...emp A or emp B since its a transfer? for transfer there will be a new contractbetween emp a and emp b

short story simple for this h1 transfer....
client--->PV-->EMP A(Current h1)--->Emp(to be transferred H1)
