AK27 Posted September 10, 2012 Report Posted September 10, 2012 naadi kuda konchem similer issue ne bhayya.. my current H1 is ending by Sep27th, renewal kuda ayipoyindi ... so wait chesa konni months nundi .. kottha H1 pina stamping ki veldamani ... as i got renewal for 3 years ..but matter enti ante . naa first H1 pina asalu stamping ki vellaledu .. will that be an issue ?? evarina H1 3 years span lo stamping ki vellakunda unnavallu unnara ?? Suggestions cheppandi vayya ..

[/quote] i have seen a case in vancouver! naatho paate unadu okathanu! athniki oka i797 few months lo expiring! and h1 extension file chesi rendu teesukuni vachaduu! initial ga query padindhi(he stayed in vancouver for 3 to 4 weeks) kaani kotha i797 meedha unna expiry date dhaaka ichaaru!
