Nenu X state lo car konnanu..resent ga Y state ki move ayyanu..car registration X state ye vundhi ..1 year tax kattali ani vasthadhi kadha ..adhi X state address ki velthadhi ..Can i change my address on X state registration with out renewing my title in Y state ?

Substitute X=3, Y=4.....

Now Solve the Quadratic equation X+3Y=4Z

If Z=X=3, No you Cannot and should Continue with X Address...
If X=Y=4, Yes You have to change it to new address...

If Z= none of them.... Sell the car and buy a new one...
