H1 Rfe Question

You cannot move to another employer and file new H1 for this Fiscal year. Thw quota for this year has been filled up. If you have OPT until next yr April then you can work on it else either you have to reply for this query or only work until you have your OPt validity date. Bottom line: You do not have option to apply from another company. If you have H1 gets approved with this current employer then you can move your H1 to another other emp but at this moment you cannot.
