OPT lo unnappudu employer change ayinappudalla college lo status update cheyyali antaru kada ala chesinappudu New I20 with New employer details tho isthara leka only first OPT apply chesinapudu unna employer detaails thone saripothunda??
Nen India ki pothunna, naku OPT extension vachaka nen employer change chesa, naa I20 meeda old employer name undi, so new employer name tho vere I20 isthara???

Update the new employer details and mention that you are visiting India so that your DSO will comment in I20 that the student is crossing the border for a temporary vacation etc..Don't take risk..In the worst scenario you can get this work done from India also..Not a big deal..
