First, he was angry with Naidu for ignoring him and making newly elected Rajya Sabha member T Devender Goud as party’s leader in the Upper House. Secondly, despite being the politburo member, Harikrishna has not been consulted on any of the policy decisions such as proposed padayatra of Naidu and the latter’s plan to write letter to the Centre in favour of Telangana statehood.[/size][/font][/color] [color=#3F3F3F][font=georgia][size=4]Harikrishna was not given a hint about the decision to send his brother Nandamuri Balakrishna to tour Krishna district extensively and the re-admission of Ravi Venkateshwara Rao into the party. What is worse, there were rumours that Harikrishna had fallen seriously ill in Delhi. This agitated him so much that he had to give a clarification to the media stating he was perfectly alright and that it was a mischief played by some vested interests (read: Naidu) in the party.[/size][/font][/color] [color=#3F3F3F][font=georgia][size=4]Sources said Harikrishna is now in regular touch with Purandeshwari, who apparently promised to take care of his interests if he joins the Congress party.
