neeku unna best option.....neeku h1 apply chesina attorney tho direct ga matladu inka mee employer rfe response ivvalem ante....just speak to them and tell them ur situation and ask them if they respond without any documents.....konni law firms respond avutharu ila..i dont know what they'll do but edo documenst prepare chestharu stating ur skills and why they cannot submit the requested docs..ani.....jsut be transparent abt ur problem if in case idhi nee last chnace for h1 aithe u'll defintly get it....

pedda pedda deported cases ee abandon chestahru ee country lo i think h1 rfe is something minute in front of them...

I was in a similar situation... client marina tharvatha rfe vachindhi... maa attorney kotha client letter pette reply ichinadu,approve ayyindhi.... my suggestion would be talk to your attorney or neeku optx unte next year kothadhi apply chesuko
