I have a trick to get cash out of credit card.
Just buy a prepaid card online cash it out at ATM !

Note:You can not buy a prepaid card in stores by a credit card.Even if you buy a prepaid card by credit card,credit card companies treat it as cash advance and apply finance charges/interest from day one.Moreover you have to pay service fee of upto $5 for prepaid card
But I know a site where you can get a no fee prepaid card.PM me if you want to know more info.You can also use this trick to reach min spending on new cc to get bonus reward points or even simply accumulate reward points
