ma company lo .. oka organisation lo 200 FTE's ni vendor ki outsource chesesaru .. andhulo only 40-members ki equivalent job arrange chesaru with that vendor .. for those who got laid-off will be paid like for every 1yr of exp company will pay 2-weeks salary .. upto 10yrs ..

Anduke cheppindi...wipro / infy lo alanti policy ledu. Onsite recruit aithe there is no policy which says he should be thrown our without reason. last 2 receissions lo emi cheyyalekapoyaru. Already ippudu nenu choosthunna...all CTZN's, GC Holders, EAD Holders wipro / infy lo dooruthunnaru just to safe guard their jobs. Malla ayyaka vellu 10gestharu.
