H1 Active ayithe gaani he cannot work on H1 kada

So once it is activated from that date B4 one month he doesn't need pay stub.

How ever it is always good to approach a Lawyer but in this case

He can approach even sheelamurthy.com

Simple logic

At any point of time you can transfer H1 from one employer to another employer.(u can hold multiple H1 also)

If u worked more than one month then you r supposed to have relevant pay stubs.

since he already had H1 he can try with New H1 instead of letting it go...nothing is going to happen

Endukante ..you can transfer H1 @ any time ..i am not sure if it is linked with H1 Quota ..

Coz i never saw a problem for H1 transfers during any time of a year
