from early this year , we can't trace back the individual ip address , if mail sent from/to gmail .. its getting gmail server ip addresses in the mail

NO...gmail ki adi work avvadu to my knowledge but yahoo mail ki it used to work back in 2010. Ippudu i m not sure..

Mail sender ip address kavali ante mail server owner ki tappa mail server receiver ki teliyadu
Simple flow

Mail sender --> sends mail --> sits in mail server (db)
Mail receiver log in --> receives mail from DB (not from sender)

this is basic work flow

In between alerts etc..r enhancements with help of client app(s) and/or ajax

HI it is possible for a person to trace the ip address from mail id .....Here i list out the steps to find ip address from mail using sites like http://aruljohn.com/info/howtofindipaddress/#ipdetect here they help you to track the ip address from the e-mail header .If you have received any mail from them then just copy the e-mail header from the received mail and paste it in the above site which i posted here .Then they display the Ip address of the e-mail sender along with information like country ,ISP name .IF you need to get exact location of that ip user then visit WhoisXY.com here they are providing whois search tool using which you can easily trace the location of an ip address ....
