This is correct.

FDI in retail means all small fishes gone.

NOW why reliance failed is they could not touch the small fishes due to lack proper infra and certain regulations

Now those rules regulations will change totally.

By bringing FDI total market will controlled by external parties (may not be immediately) indian lower class and middle class will be helpless.

and the worst is Retail market is huge market in india
and just imagine 20% money will fly away from the country

Simple yet not 100% correct example

100 Cr ppl = 25 Cr families

Each family spends 4K Rs per month on ave on retail shopping

1,00,000 Cr per month * 12 = 12,00,000 Cr roughly

if profit is 10% then 1,20,000 is what being nJoyed by various merchants

and these big giants will enter and capture at least 30 to 40 % of the market means

around 3 to 4 lac Cr per year and all the profit)around 30,000Cr per Yr) will go to abroad.

In fact mathematics is bit complicated this is just an rough idea
