baa..not to discourage u..but me too same suituatn...
naku 2 times rfe vesi reject chesadu...bcoz emp- vendor- client - end client relation...ado tokka lo rule prakaram 2010 nundi it should be emp - client relatn or emp -client - end client relatn it seems..
ma vadu mali edo motion of req ani apply chesadu..chudali inka mari naluck ala undo...
but may b urs is not the same reason...ATB
