Crystal reports is easy but it is always good to know how it works b4 u start new project

Evaraina work cheste (neeku telisina vaalu) then spend 1 or 2 days (more than enough)

if u r writing ur logic completely in SP and view then it should n't be a big deal.

If u r doing some manipulations or providing dynamic reports linking to web etc... then u need some training (just 1 or 2 days)
