'Khiladi' releasing on Feb 19

Vishal-starrer Khiladi is set to hit the marquee on the 19th.  The film is the dubbed version of Theeratha Vilayattu Pillai (Tamil).  It stars Sarah Jane-Dias, Neetu Chandra, Tanushree Dutta in the leads, opposite Vishal.

Directed by Thiru and produced by Vikram Krishna, the film is said to be casting Vishal in a character with negative shades.  He plays a lover boy, who tries to choose the best among the three girls he meets, and in the process, plays with their emotions.

For Vishal, Khiladi seems to be very important, because he has delivered flop after flop in Telugu in the recent months.  After Salute and Pista, Vishal must be keeping his fingers crossed now.

The film has not seen much pre-release publicity, but is expected to work some magic at the box office, thanks to the V-Day season that's around.

After being seen in action-oriented roles, Vishal is playing a romantic with ulterior motive this time.  Let's see if he strikes the right note this time at least.
