1528boyz Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 for the last 4 days , I almost died of this pain. I used ICYHOT patch from target and therma something for back for three days. I know it didn't really help. But what helps for sure is doing some elliptical for 20 minutes and use foam roll in gym for 5 minutes. I got this pain because of doing deadlifts badly.

[/quote] also every mornign lower back exercises cheyi..... nothing like sweating/heavy weights lifting.... just lower back strengthening and stretching exercises vuntayi chudu.....
