Do this simple asana/exercise it will reduce the next second - trust me ! I forgot the name

-Stand straight,
-stretch your hands sidewards parallel to ground
-turn left - at the same time keep your left hand to your back(near the bottom of backbone) and right hand on your left shoulder
- come back to stecth hand position

- Now turn right

- keep your right hand to your back and left hand on your left shoulder

If the pain is at the joint of backbone and thigh bones,

do this exercise

- keep legs wide
- stretch hands to side parallel to ground
- bend forward - at the same time touch your left foot with right hand by turning
-stay for some time
- now come up
- touch your right foot with left hand by turning

Regular ga nonstop hp chesina untundi.
emaina sharp pain unte doctor ki chupiyadam better

have more of minapappu paste or soak chesi alla..

if it is severe go for acupuncture
