I forgot the name -Stand straight, -stretch your hands sidewards parallel to ground -turn left - at the same time keep your left hand to your back(near the bottom of backbone) and right hand on your left shoulder - come back to stecth hand position - Now turn right - keep your right hand to your back and left hand on your left shoulder
paampachak Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 If the pain is at the joint of backbone and thigh bones, do this exercise - keep legs wide - stretch hands to side parallel to ground - bend forward - at the same time touch your left foot with right hand by turning -stay for some time - now come up - touch your right foot with left hand by turning
