cherlapalli_jailer Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 this looks like company profiles are good so officer has no issues with the company profiles and/or project(s) What is not clear to him... is what this applicants role is ...means during QnA he might not have answered convincingly or the job description is too simple or too formal So ask HR to reply with full details of project and how company performs and how the applicant fits in their organisation and chances are quite fair to get H1
