this looks like company profiles are good

so officer has no issues with the company profiles and/or project(s)

What is not clear to him... is what this applicants role is ...means during QnA he might not have answered convincingly

or the job description is too simple or too formal

So ask HR to reply with full details of project and how company performs and how the applicant fits in their organisation

and chances are quite fair to get H1

If your friend H1 is rejected, it means client answers doent showed EE relationship.

Also, let me know what you mean by reject, does the file sent back to USCIS?

yes the petition will be sent to uscis which inturn will be sent to the employer with a notice of intent to revoke...then he can reappeal if he wants too...ninna evaro post chesaru idhi...

IF i am the employer my reply will of min 20 Pages..

Which incl ...2 pages of explanation and rest supporting documents //email... and other stuff..
