h4 to h1 kuda konchem risk ee bhayya ee time lo .. FT or evadina employer dagara internal project .. ee cases lo konchem chances ekkuva ..

h4 visa related chala rules unnai baa...not eligible to work so n soo onnn..ila..!!

just manaki aela sesthamooo..H1 same...H4 to h1 kooda..kani employer manchi company itae wuld be much better...!!

after july F1 candidate july nundi Oct varakuu cap gap lo vuntaduu, because if he applied h1 april and approved, that H1 valid from next Oct .(e case lo F2 candidate oct varaku aa status loo vuntaduu nuvvu telusu kovalii naku telidhu).

F2- H1 koncham risky, H4 to H1 chayatamm easy compare to F2-H1

depends on her interest..chaduvkukovali anukunte better go with masters in gud univ..1 yr lo masters complete chesina vallu untaru..if shez gud enough...tharvata em tensions lekunda cpt, opt(27 month)..u will be buying almost 3 yrs time with out visa issues..antha my way of thinking..depends on ur understanding with her
